some sammy's gone down in c&w area

i tried looking to see if anyone had posted this information yesterday but could not find anything, some boxes gone down and others still working, wrote flash file from thoses that are still working but does not seem to work.
All details correct on ext eep ??? cant understand how some go down and some dont, does it have anything to do with those people turning box off at the mains???

Think someone can close this thread as i think i found my answer in the expiery dates
