Some Ex C&W help please

All was fine for years......then.......ARRGHHH

I lost some channels. What have they done. Still got most of them but nothing exciting for the kids. I have a MOSC card Rom10 I had an AU update on it so I didn't have to keep programming it with new flashes each time. Has it gone FOREVER??

I don't get
BBC2
BBC News 24
Cartoon Network etc. (Kids)
Cinema 1 & 2
Sky Sports Extra

And some more. I still get all Program data for them in the Now and Next bar so I guess all is not lost.

False Alarm. They mustv'e been messing about their end. All coming back on now. They seem to be switching packages off. Like Kids, then Music etc..

It's an Ex C&W in an Ex C&W area so should be ok, touch wood. I hope.
