Some channels scrambled.

Hi i seem to have some channels that once worked, now to be non working and saying scambled. Do i need to goto a certain channel for it to auto update? As i see nobody has posted about it. Im a newbie so i have no idea what to do.

Are there any tutorials around which i could read to help me understand what needs to be done, etc.

Cheers yeah it was the MV ones. Ah well. Are there any similar ones on hotbird?
