Solo SE V2 with dual dvbc tuner.

If I get Solo SE V2 with dual dvbc tuner. Do I still need a USB cable tuner installed?
This for a VM connection. Any advice on setup and connection would be most welcome.

If you want two tuners, no.
If you want three tuners, yes.

Note:
Tuner card/module/device is not same as tuner. You get USB devices that are twin tuner units. You get plugable tuner modules that are twin tuners.
