solderless jtag prob

hi all , can anyone give me any help on why i only get 15 bk numbers when i jtag a 4010, i've already done 2 of the same and i've always got 16 numbers, is there a problem with the box itself ??any help much appreciated

Are you using SDT beta by any chance?

Someone had this the other day using ocd, use bke 2.2 and all should be well!
