Snipe

Having just returned from n.spain/s.france with motorhome the snipes performance was better than my expectations. Between bordeux and Spanish border is where 28.2 became hit and miss. This still impressed me greatly however I now want to explore a set-up that enables me to input any sat position as opposed to the limitations of the snipe controller. I know the snipe controller is 'programmable' but it a lot of faffing around, not what I want on me jollydays. Any suggestions/recommendations on a set-up that achieves without stretching budget too excessively would be much appreciated. Also what are other members reporting when it comes to fringe reception in camping-cars going south.

Hi, ive not used the Snipe but reading up on this system I don't think you will find a better solution, looking at this video you should be able to find any satellite you wanted by reprograming the box ?.
