what is the make and model of your device? what software is on it? etc..

It's on a Samsung smart tv

you have to upload your channel list through there site : Playlist Upload

it connects via your tv's MAC address.

Yeah I just can't work out how to get the channels onto it

Does the smart iptv app work on Luxor smart tv's , if not is there another app
that would do the job
