Smart iptv - issues with samsung tv

Hi all
I used to use smart iptv on my samsung. My mac is registered and everything was fine till sept 2018.
Since then impossible to stream any channels even the ones provided by sisp for testing.
I reseted my smart hub, tried wifi and wire internet, tried also to connect via 4g from my mobile, reinstalled the app and changed the dns to 8.8.8.8..
Nothing s worked so far..[emoji20]

Anyone has a better idea? This is drving me crazy..

u try and do a factory setting on the tv and reinstall

Does the like of you tube videos run ok but other blocked sources hit a brick wall.When your phone did not work can we assume router in child mode is not blocking it and phone is on a different provider?

How old is the samsung smart tv? I think the later ones no longer support smart iptv and the earlier ones dont support youtube. I binned my sammy off and bought an lg because of this
