CD & DVD slow burner

I have just bought an new LiteOn IHAS324-17 24x DVDRW Retail Kit
but when im using convertxdtodvd its taking 2 hours to burn when it only took about 9 minutes with last one
anybody know what might be wrong im clueless

Are you converting on the fly? That might explain it.

Check dma is enabled in device manager. Just checked with google and with being sata it should be automatic to select ultra dma.

What is the input file type and output media type (DVD etc.)?

were do i get log file from ? I unistalled nero 9 what a cant that was wouldnt come out I put in nero 12 which came with the writer but its still the same
I am using convertxdvd to convert and using aone x16 to burn
