Skybox F5s skybox f5s been offline channel update file?

my skybox has been offline for about 6 months. I paid a guy for it and it worked but he was charging me for updates and now I know he was robbing me!! i'm new to this can anyone help with the channel update file?

thanks! I got the box from a guy 150 it had all the sky channels sports movies etc but now the majority have disappeared how do I get them all back? do I need to go back to him?
