need help justgot delivered the f7 HD pvr box done scan input line stay as inactive tried two working line to no avail,is there software for this box and can anyone point me in the right direction for ir cheers

Check where you have your lines is there a tick besides them, are they trying to login or say inactive?

Make sure to reboot receiver once lines are loaded and selected.

just had a look at info of F5 its a clone so any software i have tried to upload to box is mismatched its a nuisance ,have put line info in manually reboots stay inactive any ideas thanks again good friends

I'm not sure if you have to start the cam on these. I have one in the house to sort out tonight as there no display so ill have a tinker then..

Are you sure internet is connected?
Try dhcp on/off
Try sw from skybox.cc

i will try that now mate but it says F5 on package,i will change Ethernet cable as well,how will i find out if its connecting to web,tried apps like youtube and youporn wont connect to server

Im blind here but is there not a network connection tab where it shows your IP? check your router logs to see the connected devices..

You should have a green light over the Ethernet option and a red box around the word active to show the box is getting a signal from your router.
If you press ok it tests the connection.

Also

Go into the menu and check the status of your line, in edit mode ( the next one down from upgrade by usb)

Menu - Network Local Setting - Camds Setup - CCcam Client Setup - Manage Config Files - CCcam.cfg

It should say "online" with a little green tick next to it, if it doesn't then put a tick by it using the (green) active button and see if it will connect.

You might have to reboot the box after you have make the changes.

You should get flashing lights at your hub and rear of the box, even when the box it is on standby.
(It might be the cable)

Have you made sure the line is entered correct?
Did you manually enter or use usb anc cccam.cfg file?

right changed cable went to network settings green light on took out cable green light stayed on apps on box will not connect to server,it gives ip address can i put ip address in filezilla to see if it connects if i can i did connection lost DHCP is set to onon other boxs like ariva it shows up when box comes on ip found this says nowt has to be Ethernet

I posted sw, any way it wont be sw issue its either internet connection or incorrect cs info imo.

Those receivers are only £30 on ebay why use ali express?

right tried thr Rs232 cable method and got the dreaded E001 error on display factory in china sent me on a F5 abs file to fix that issue but still will not connect to internet,tried to up load file here but it didn't happen
