you'll have to rescan to pick them up then run autobouquets maker

Ive done a blind scan then ran scan on ABM but still old channels showing? Do i need to update config aswell?

Lol checked another forum. However rats picon updater plugin not updating the new channels?

Another way is to do this

Channel Up, Green (Satellite), Highlight 28.2, Menu, Remove selected satellite. Repeat for any other satellites/cable done solely by ABM.
Restart, run ABM again.
