sky plus hard drives

Hi all does anyone know what hard drives work in sky plus boxes and what i have to do to make them work?

standard sky+ boxes will only give you up to 120G available even if you put a bigger drive in. just swap the drives the press services, 4, 0, 1, select, then option 8

Digidude..............just a few questions

Will it accept any IDE Hard Disk?
Does it need to be formatted beforehand?
Also what AV format is it recorded in?
Can it recoded by PC?
