Sky plus box volume fcuk. Any ideas???

Hey

My cousin has a Sky plus box but the volume is really bad.
He has to turn the TV up full blast to even get any decient sound.

He has told me he has checked all connections ect.

Sky have quoted £65 to look at it and will replace it if needed but wondered if it mite be something silly i can do to fix it???

Heres a fix for £20 m8
Buy one of these and then phone sky they will re-pair his card to the new box
