Sky parental control channel removal

Does anyone know if the Sky adult channel listing removal setting is stored on the viewing card or the box?

I noticed that you can't remove the adult channels without a card (as you need to enter the parental guide section), so I was wondering if you could just use one card on various boxes used for FTA to to remove the adult channels?

as long as you know the pin for a card you can put that card into the box, enter the parental control menu then lock ALL channels and save. exit the menu and go back into it. now unlock all the channels and its done
