Sky Hub and dlink server

Hi Guys, I am having some routing issues with a sky hub.I cannot ftp in to the dlink server from outside the network.

here is the setup
dlink 320l server and sky hub (dynamic dns is set up in the dlink router)

Everything was working fine until sky upgraded the router . I have put the dlink in the dmz and have allowed everything through inbound and outbound in the firewall rules. Am I missing something?

Has your Wan IP address changed in your Sky Router ???

It will have but the dns has refreshed. I am using noip and it seems to be working.
