sky hd box keeps re-booting

Its not scrap but it will need tests to discover the problem. How are you with taking things apart and do you have access to spare bits like sata hdd?
First to try is software reset- 'services 4' ; '0 1 select'
then number 8, full system reset.
Then after reboot, 'services, number 5' - sky+ setup ~change settings to make sureits all turned off, then save.
See if that all makes any difference.
If you arent to sure about testing yourself you could find someone local or sell it as a non-working box maybe? But its not complete junk even if broken.
