sky freeview

Just wondering if anyone can help me?I have sky plus in my house at the moment but i have not got any packages with them.I just get channels like bbc news bbc 1&2 etc...But i dont get all the freeview channels that you would get with a free view box like E4 sky sports news.I am just wondering if everyone else is like this or is it just happening to me?

freeview channels are not the same as free-to-view on satellite. E4, More4, sky sports news are only available through a sky package on satellite i'm afraid, but you can still get lots of free channels such as beeb1,2,3,4 and itv1,2,3,4 or True Movies, Horror Chan, lots of music chans, Reality and more, plus masses of digital radio stations. Same for everyone, not just you .

its the same on cable you dont get the channels free like you do on freeview, you need to be paying for a package to recieve them.
