Sky broadband and android

Hi all my mam and dad have just recently changed from bt infinity to sky fibre. Everything worked on bt, but since going to sky there is numerous apps not working on their android tablets. I’ve disabled safe shield and tried changing the WiFi channel to no avail, I’ve also tried updating the firmware on the tablets. eBay and amazon are 2 of the apps not working but they worked fine before going to sky and currently work fine on the laptop and my Apple iPhone.

Any ideas anyone?

I’ve already turned website off joe so can’t be that, especially since they work on a laptop

Have you uninstalled the apps and cleared the cache on the devices and then reinstalled them @krazylegz

My dad done a factory reset on one of them so that would have done the same thing wouldn’t it?

Yes it would.....
Are the apps not opening on the devices or something else?
