skins....customization

right ive got a few skins for xbmc....i quite like the media centre 2006.....but ive just seen the latest media centre on vista is there a skin for that??

Also i want to customize the skin so i can have certain things like the weather icon in the bottom right corner and a few other stuff, is that hard to do can i edit a config file or will i need to re-develop the skin?

To edit the skins, you need a know a bit about XML, but you can probably figure it out by looking at the current XML files within the skin. I'm sure there are tuts about
