Your right there Spectre, it's a terrible cycle were you just constantly take stuff for relief but your adding to the problem.

I normally end up just going without meds till the sinuses settle but this time nothings working

I noticed mine being worse in the last few days, but thought it was what I was eating.

Maybe some tree or mould likes giving off spores at the moment?

Try the Oxymetazoline if you haven't already. I use the Galpharm one, it's not expensive. Quite slow to act but lasts a while.

Same stuff .

The Galpharm bottle doesn't "spray" to well so I drip it in with my head tilted back. Not tried the other brands yet.
