no channels

I subscribe to cable broadband but not tv

Will the tv signal be there on cable or can they switch it off or reduce the power

its either that or my new dbox from ebay has a faulty tuner!

could it be an image thing?

i had same problem
put sportster 1.15 image on
service.xml etc
now all chanels working
