Just read the PDF tutorial. It recommends I subscribe to a package to guarantee a high enough signal to recieve channels.
Anyone recieving all channels without a subscription by using a splitter on your broadband cable?

I'm guessing that alot of people on here only have the broadband package and not the TV.... it WILL work, and 99.9% of the time it will be fine. But if it doesnt work then get the minimum TV package just to be safe.

I have 1MB broadband (I no... i'll get it upgraded soon), and the old analogue. Works fine. I have 3 splitters in the house and NO boosters, and signal is still OK.
