well the di1000 doesnt work in pure
r u sure ur pure and not c/w
what is ur area or network id

yes mate im pure and these do work on pure ive had a few over the years net id is 00022

i was thinking that at first mate but the holy box locks up as in i cant do anything i dont think a signal problem would do that , thats whats pissing me of about this box

which it wasnt made for true ntl
then sorry it wont update to virgin software
why u ask well look at it this way they r not ment to be there so they wont update a box that isnt suposed to be there

this has lost me ive been using these for a bit

just to clear things up the box i have is a DITV 1000

it may work m8 i had a true ntl 4001 working in t/w for a bit but had probs with it
because they dont suport a DI1000 in true ntl they wont send an update to the box only way is to take it to a c/w zone and update it then bring it back
