Hi Guys,

Finally getting the shed done. I''ve been quoted £3100 for the shed.
This is to knock the old one down and build a block shed with a door and window.
It will have the electrics and a propper roof as well.
He will level the floors and will need to dig up the fround from our backroom to the shed for the electrics.

We will also have to pay for the skin ourselves and if we wanted painted, we will get the pain ourselves and they will pain it.

He mentioned about having a partition of plywood rather then complete brick blocks but we are unsure the difference and wether its better?

Is there anything that should be a requirement in this price that is missing?

I recon that sounds about right mate.a lot of work involved there.

Damm 3100 quid for a shed payied 500 for mine and thought that was dear lol

Its more of a room then just a shed.
It will be just like a room.

By the way guys they said they are going to leave the floor as concrete as im going to be using it as a gym, should I get flooring done?

Guys what type of flooring should I ask for. To be honest I dont know what I should expect in the shed as it will be used as a place for socialiseing and training.
IT will have spot lights as well
