SH3 not clearing

Im sure there was a post a while ago but cant find it.

Problem is, got the upgrade package and got given new SH3, now my VM channels wont clear on my xtrend. Any solutions?

I think you have to disable virgin media web safe in your account settings iirc.

Yes superhub 3 and websafe is already turned off.

Never had a problem with mine and c/s
Only thing i had to do was turn off ip food detection in the security settings as my IPTV wad suffering.
Also check any ipv6 settings.

All good now. Had to enable DHCP. For some reason the manual address wasn't getting picked up when the new modem went in.
