Send videos from messenger on whatsapp?

In Apple room but im sure its same for android.

Im 100% sure i was able to send videos from messenger to whatsapp contacts. But has this feature been removed?
As i cant seem to able to do it.

Me either. I can share with other messenger contacts but not to whatsapp.
I have to download the video from messenger to my phone then send to whatsapp.
Im on Android m8.

I use Whatsapp desktop (Windows) to send videos etc. PC syncs with phone (& vice versa), you can attach media files and send from there.
