They wont know,they are quite helpful after all but they could'nt tell me.
I found this in my travels looking for the same thing:

For NTL in the original (not ex-C&W) regions, the correct frequency to set is 402750000, instead of the Surfboard's estimate of 403000000.

Can you tell me have you got the send and recieve lights flashing.
I've given up trying to get it to work.

Oh yeah no light at all.
What do you recon.
I must have pluged the power in five times hoping it would work.
When i got home did it again and low and behold it's flashing again.
Have'nt tried the 192

I did something that made it even woarse than it was before.
It's ok now though.
