im trying to follow but netboot keeps returning " no route to host " or sending reset error

Adding 192.168.100.10 IP to adapter...error ('The specified network resource or device is no longer available.. ')
Starting FTP server...error (can't bind to 192.168.100.10)
any help im getting this when sending boot request

it cant find your network card or it's ip isnt 192.168.100.10?, do you have more than 1 network card? if so disable the one not in use and make sure you only have the app running once.
