I saw this article in a magazine and wonder if this type of equipment is available in the UK and any ideas where?

Yamaha RX-V757
A/V receiver is ready for satellite radio
YAMAHA’S $649.95 RX-V757
A/V receiver is an impressive mix of great sound, easy setup, abundant connectivity, and XM
Satellite Radio compatibility.
The receiver delivers 100 watts to each of its seven channels.Yamaha’s proprietary
digital surround-processing programs augment the standard suite of Dolby Digital
EX, DTS-ES, Dolby Pro Logic IIx,and DTS 96/24 surround modes.
Connectivity is fairly complete, but like nearly all sub-$1,000 receivers to date, the RX-V757 doesn’t have the capacity for DVI or High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) digital video switching. Also note: The RX-V757 doesn’t receive XM Satellite Radio signals on its own. It instead requires the installation of a $50 accessory, the Audiovox CNP1000 Connect-and-Play integrated XM receiver/antenna.
The receiver’s output had a richer, bigger tone than previous Yahama receivers we tested. In particular, CD sound quality was pure and clean.
