PUK code is on the sim not on the phone, call your network or depending on your network just go on to their website, there is usually an automated option for getting your PUK code, just type that in and your phone should be back to normal...
PUK, is different to unlocking, unlocking is removing the service provider lock on a phone so that you can insert another sim card... The PUK code is asked for if you enter the pin number incorrectly too many times on a phone.

Three handsets have modified firmware, most normal phones will not work with Three even if the phone is unlocked, unless you get a phone that Three themselves have then it might work, or you could flash it with Three firmware to get it to work with Three.

Dunno if you have managed to get sorted yet, but you need to flash the patched file from the Ns-Pro support site to it 1st...Then press unlock

stuck trying to unlock my samsung d900 its locked to O2 and i want it all networks,seen the codes on this thread but i cant enter any of them when i switch the phone on with the wrong sim in it asks me for a network lock password.any help?

a word of caution;
these codes to unlock your phone are in fact 'reset codes' what they do is fully reset the phone and also the phone lock status which actually unlocks them.
The problem with these codes (specially on Swift platforms) is that they reset EVERYTHING and also the calibration settings in the phone which can results in (very) bad reception and in some cases even 'phone freeze' which makes the phone not usuable (can be fixed though). The calibration settings however are VERY difficult to fix. To fix this manually you have to have a backup of your eprom, write this back rewrite the imei and rewrite the Bluetooth ID to fix it. I think the only other option is going to Samsung Service centre and have them completely reprogram the phone.

This will also bring the phone to default settings
