So you had over 400mb update as well John. mines was only 39mb on EE wonder what extra you got that I didnt or I already had as my last update prior to this was around 500/600mb.
Is your firmware version the same?

My mrs who has the S8 got the 39mb,update,ive got the S8+ we are both on Three

S8 Plus here too so maybe thats why we got the bigger update

You guys noticed notifications are slow coming in email, whatsapp ?

I use a Yahoo mail app and facebook pages app and a few others and noticed I wasn't getting instant notifications
I need instant for business so looked into it and found this, and just got a yahoo email notification on my phone instantly and came through to laptop a few seconds later

Yeh @Rat already done that when I got the phone as I use a Horse racing tips service that uses whatsapp and another footie one that uses telegram and mine were lagging so changed it

I kept uninstalling and installing apps again in case a setting had changed lol
how did you hear/know about it @shaun127 was it the same as me where you noticed notifications wasnt coming through ?

I read it on the net somewhere that it was happening on the s7. Think it was on XDA Developers site, TBH I thought I had posted something about it or you had Pm'ed about it?
