samsung buzzing wont turn on

i got a samsung that was working ok untill the power went in my house and it never came back on thier is no flashing stand by light thier nothing just a buzzing sound coming from it as anyone come across this or got any idea what it could be

got 1 that does the same if the lecky pops i just leave it unplugged for a while and its fine after that ..

you need to replace capacitors on the psu
