sammy gone dead in t/w area

Can anybody help.... since teleport came on around preston area i have lost all channels.... is there a way of forcing an update to these boxes????
Is this the end of the samsung in telewest areas??
Please help!!! it`s driving me nuts,i`ve scouted the forums but can`t find any help

sammy's dont seam to be working in telepest area's after the upgrade

is the reason for the boxes going dead after an attemped upgrade because telewest don`t issue samsungs??? so the upgrades don`t cover the samsung boxes..... i might be sounding thick here but if you were to connect samsung up to ntl covered area would this sort`em out??? is ntl going teleport cuz if thats the case then they would update correctly
