Hi, im a beginner when it comes to these boxes, can anyone tell me if the procedure for flashing a nokia is the same for the sagem?

Supply and demand. There is a (mis)conception that an established brand like Nokia might be more reliable, and perhaps some people prefer to impress their friends with their spanky new Nokia rather than their new "Sagem", which sounds more like a East European car than a delicious multimedia cable box.

On Balance reading through forums you will find more reported problems with sagems than nokias. Therefore most people conclude nokia to be a better box. Myself included.
