sa 4000 wont re-enable talkbak

hi all
since the big mosc hit of 07 i have been inundated with freinds of freinds cousins wantin the probs with this particular box sorted
so with these boxes i know tey need all the updates they can get so removed the talkbak wire to update as it would normally and to try to get 9 and 10
but even when the wire is removed the modem light still flashes it says return path is on in settings(but allways did) and dont get 9 an 10

anyoneany idea why this is and how to sort it

by the way anyone with boot problems with these boxes should try pluggin it in wait for t.u.n.e. then add the cable feed it will boot strait up

hi mate your on about removing the talkback wire to get sky 9 and 10 you need to enable the talkback and force update the box. then disable it again dont insurt the card time its in the stream though.

all i know is that they are the biggest pill of shite as far as cable boxes go , v.slow without tb and i wouldnt even bother with it. friends and cousins hey ,,,, nudge nudge wink wink
