S2P and Contracting-out

I am currently contracted out of the Goverment state pension and Have received a letter saying 'if you want to contract back in, you must do so by 13th March 2007'

I'm 35 and not sure what to do as I pay nothing into a pension...

Anyone got any thoughts on this please ? (don't worry i'm not seeking financial advice.. lol )
