RTI T3-V+ Display

Hello, I'm new in this forum and I hope my question is at the right place.

I have a RTI T3-V+ remote. I'm using it for about 4 years and although there are some annoying issues, it's all I need. But last week it dropped on the floor and now in the display are some pixels which are always grey (=artefacts), even when the remote is switched off/on.
I opened the remote and re-plugged the display to the main board, but without any change. It really seems that those pixels are defect. Or has anybody a possible solution? I looked for spare parts, but all I can find are battery/accu-packs. Does anyone know where I can find a display for this remote? It doesn't have to be a new one...

Open it again and check if there are any identifying numbers on the back of the screen. There is a possibility that they have used a generic screen available elsewhere.
