when i type in my guff like ird and box number and generate a new key,will it work when they change keys?i have got 21,11,05 rst for N"*,do i just over write whats on the rst and will work for the next key change?

just overwrite it mate

Chelsea, all you have to do is overwrite your internal eep with the latest rst file. Your ird and bk which is on the flash memory will not be affected by a key change.
