rom 7 card

i have just bought a box and it came complete with a rom 7 card is there any way i can can get the box key of the card if so what prog do i need to read the card thanks :Cheers:

you must first state the revision of the card. a rom 7 with a number 715 or under is currently unlockable !
so any revision upto and including 715 can be opened with winexplorer a pheonix mode programmer and the correct script.

Have u been drinking some of them cans 2 beers??? Should that not have been revisions OVER 715 cannot yet be unlocked or is it me thats had too many??!! :drink:

LOL yeah i did get a bit tongue tied there!! i meant that revisions over 715 will soon be able to be opened... and thanx to simonkirk we can now open rev 715 - sadly the au image i tested allowed the card to rev up to 718 LOL - but it still works.
to read and write rom7 you can also use xncs1.8

it says revision 718, does that mean it cant be read, if it can is there any chance of pointing me in the right direction im not very updated on reading cards im ok in writing caeds but never read one thanks in advance :Jester:

rev 718 can't be unlocked at the moment - that is likely to change very soon now, so hold on to it and watch the forum for developments.
