rom 10 boxkey

I have I DI 1000 with unlocked rom 10 (cut talkback) . Could not get boxkey with libby, so I thaught my other option was rom stuiido to obtain the boxkey. Eventually downoladed correct software and drivers and downloaded rom studio. It will not let me login under any name and I have set it up to correct port. Any one any ideas and am I on the right track?
