The card is not for my box so from start to finish what do i do, what software do i nned to get it working and updating in my box?

You don't say wot card it is?but heres a rough idea.................
a glitcher(t911),a proggy that can do phoenix,flash files,scripts plenty of searchin here within the mosc section.
Lots of patience,numerous coffeee breaks

BOC, it will be a Rom11 then.
Try Unapit for the hardware (T911 & good quality programmer).
Winexplorer 5.4 to unloop (use search button).
Scripts for above (use latest)
Nagra 4.1
