So why have you left the goods in their care, are they just going to keep them? Or are they going to order the correct size and exchange?

Chris i left them because if I kept them i would have no case
UPDATE Ive spoken to the CC company and they have placed the transaction in dispute and frozen the payment pending an investigation
In my opinion as the shop keeper said "things are tight with the bank" so no doubt they need the money / sale and are playing silly buggers
