Have you got an IPTV.sh script (or similar) file in the root or the etc\enigma2 folder?
If so delete them as they will keep re-writing to the bouquets each time you restart the box.

Also delete anything relating to the iptv bouquet in etc\enigma2

cheers @Kryton sorted checked the date and time in the etc\enigma2

plus found S99_bsupdate_g3Ri9Cb2.sh and deleted that , fresh scan and it back to normal on epg

thanks m8 ;)

I thought you typed
OPKG remove (name of plugin here)

It wouldnt of been a plugin.
Iptv installed by a command line via putty installs scripts to the root and etc\enigma2

There probably is an easier way to remove them but i just deleted mine manualy.
