remote desktop sharing -

evening.....

i have full access to my work network and it would be really usefully if when i connect to a users computer i can share the screen rather than have it locked down with the message " this computer is being used" or what ever it says again.

Any one know how i can do it?

Rather than having to walk around the building and that it would be easier to do it from my PC.

invest in dameware, we use it all the time at work. very easy and simple to use.

I use vnc "free version" for work. It's unencrypted but it's free, it works, it's fast, and legal for a work enviroment under a GNU license. The encrypted version costs money.

Oh and you have control over sharing or not.

you can do loads, share, contron or watch remote screen, get inventory of remote machine, deploy updates to all machines there are too many things it does to list, just look at their web site.
