I have got one of the US 200s comming £65 inc postage, looking forward to getting it set up. Not sure if you can stream via the lan port yet info is a bit scarse on this but I have a couple of images ready to try out.

I dont have a Relook, so any guides in this thread are to try and help you. Post your findings and add your advices too.

Relook QuickStart Guide

USB Cable Installation Method

1. Turn the power switch off on the back of the Relook.
2. Connect your Relook to your PC with the supplied USB cable.
3. Hold down the Power button on the front of the Relook and flip
the power switch on the back of the Relook to the On position.
4. It will say USB Upgrade.
5. The first time you do this the PC will detect the new hardware
and ask you for a driver. Browse to the folder where you
unzipped your FlashTools and select VESTAUSB file and let
Windows install.
6. Start FlashTools.
7. Click on the USB button beside the SERIAL button.
8. Click on File and browse to the usb_kernel_root file and
double click on it.
9. The Message window will say that the file is selected and you
can click on Down to begin the download.
10. Click on File and browse to the usb_db file and double click on
it.
11. The Message window will say that the file is selected and you
can click on Down to begin the download.
12. When completed, turn off the Relook and unplug everything.

Network Installation Method

1. Go the Menu of your receiver.
2. Go to the About page.
3. Scroll down to Network Update and press OK.
4. Press the Green button to Add Server.
5. Enter Server address: 'www.dgniceguy.org'
6. Enter Directory: /400/
7. Enter User: dgniceguy-anon
8. Enter Password: anon
9. Scroll down to Update and press OK.
10. Select the update that you want by following the prompts. Select
the Application, Database, or the file with both.

Whats an image? An image is the 'Operating System' also referred to as the firmware.

My mate's got a 400 and swears by the Highlander images, says by far they have the most suppor.

relook 200

Hi here we go then ,anyone help with this one?Anyone using one can help me?got highlander211 image on .when i connect for update all it says is
update failed 230 login successful type1 200 switching to binary mode cwd pub/mutant200/netupg 250 directory successfully changed
...also all emu turned off,,in plugins
cant understand some of the sites

getting there a little bit now i think these things are like buying a rubic cube what wants straightning out
you either do it or throw it away,,but this is staying
internet connections ok now
its along time since i messed about with things like this
but hopefully it will be cracked
even if like a rubic cube,,ill move the stickers in the end...lol

Database

Anyone help a little 200s ...got on pc editor and on highland 2.11
also got on pc total commander//
do you need the database on the pc so you can insert different things like mp3s etc so you can put in correct places as plugins
if so how my stb is being seen on com port 1 by serial cable and is also connected to router from stb any info on this would be well appreciated
any pms welcome


(loaded firezilla and now can locate mutant 200 not worried about above now just need to put things in right order and supposably send info back to mutant)

Relook Update

Just a little note regarding 200s ,,research and perseverence and frustrating hours and days ,,and nights ,
well worth it ,£72-00 from usa.....
