For those who shelter under the umbrella of political correctness and conformity, steer clear of your television sets on 1 December 2005. Tailored to meet the needs of any self-respecting Goth, Electro Metal, Industiral and Alternative Rock freak, new Free-To-Air channel Redemption TV will broadcast an impressive array of cult horror movies for six heavenly hours a night, exposing the viewer to extreme scenes of vampirisim, flesh-eating zombies, satanic orgies and bloodthirsty......err, gnomes.
As well as obscene amounts of gore, the channel will incorporate original programming of alterntive fashion, lifestyle and major events.
'We are aiming to provide a channel fo a big group of people who aren't currently catered for by traditional film and music channels,' says Pete Hadfield, Senior Vice-President at Redemption TV. 'We'll be showing two movies at night as well as bands and artists in concert and interviews with the most interesting characters on the scene.'
