recording to dbox

how goes,
i've just found an old 30gb laptop hard drive,
i know it was posted in the old cable forum,
but is there anyway i can wire this up to my dbox
and if so how??

I also want to know this i got a spear HD laying around want to use it with my dbox but dont know how to.

Or another option is to buy a cheap LanDisk enclosure from Maplins (usually about 30 quid), put ur hard drive in it and then connect to your network. Then set up ur dbox to record to the network drive.

I have mine setup like this so it means I can access my recordings on the network and I also have mp3s on the drive so I can access them from the dbox too
