record to vcr from dbox

how do I set up my vcr to receive my video signal so I may record. do I have to chage any settings on my dbox menu.

in settings menu, i have recording device - vcr
do not switch to scart mode on/off ?

well its pretty simple dont mess about with any settings if your video has 2 inputs but the output scart from the dbox into the back of the scart of the video depending if both accept input or only one the other thing to check is if video accepts RGB signal which is better quality select this from the video setting hope that helps (select the correct AV channel on the video)
