Rebranding an apk

Looking to see if anyone has more info on rebranding an apk. I googled for things but thought to ask on here as always better speaking to someone and since your guys are all top of your game I seen there was one called apk editor but using windows 10 and i can use blue stak to run it but any help is grateful
